swisselectric is an organization of Swiss electricity grid companies. Founded in April 2002, its members comprise Alpiq, Axpo, BKW, CKW and EGL. The member companies employed a total of 14,500 persons or 60% of the workforce engaged in the electricity sector. These companies are responsible for the majority of Swiss trading in electricity with other countries.Members:
